Code level issue wasn't something that leave a deep impression in my professional tech career, but I would rate this as one. 

medium post - The Singleton Trap

I spent much of my free time in Q1 2026 figuring out AI Agentic agents, deepning enterprise architecture strategy knowledge, re-visiting AWS and developing some specialised curator engines.

Just deployed an initial sg-curator MVP, with 101 features and upgrades still waiting to be roll out so it can be production-lised, and of course linking to AI agentic features in the future.
